On November 18th, NERLEI held a Mentoring & Coaching session under the theme “Capacity Building for Internationalization”. This session took place between 2PM and 6PM, in Ed. Nerlei, in Leiria, and had the International Business Consultant of Market Access João Sardo as a speaker.
The session, which aimed to provide participants with knowledge and skills that allow them to leverage the internationalization processes of their companies, addressed topics such as: motivations to internationalize, cultural differences, market selection and identification, logistics/distribution/administrative procedures, among others.
This action, promoted within the scope of International Business 19-21, aimed to solidify the knowledge of the participating companies regarding their internationalization processes.
