With the aim of bringing together students, teachers, researchers and professionals of the food sector in a network to think about tomorrows eco-innovative food products, Market Access supported the European competition. In Portugal, the competition is promoted by Portugal Foods and Federação das Indústrias Portuguesas Agro-Alimentares (FIPA). The awards ceremony will take place at Fundação Dr. António Cupertino de Miranda. For the first time, Portugal is participating in the European competition. Ecotrophelia Portugals winners will join the 15 countries which will be promoting the award at the fair Food Matters Live, in London, between the 21st and 22nd November.
