Yesterday, we led an workshop on “Challenges for the Internationalisation of Micro and Small Enterprises: The importance of training and action”, promoted by ATAHCA – Local Development Association.
Market Access consultants, Manuel Campos and Filipe Silva, reinforced the importance of internationalisation for the growth and competitiveness of Portuguese micro and small companies.
During the workshop, topics such as motivations for internationalisation, entry modes into international markets, variables that affect the internationalization process, marketing-mix in international context and international communication tools were discussed.
The workshop was address to entrepreneurs, managers and other business decision makers from micro and small companies in sectors of activity such as Tourism, Services, Commerce, Industry and Construction.
